What this website collects

This website collects no health information. The only forms on it are a waitlist and a contact form: an email address, a first name, a program of interest and a state.

A first-party analytics beacon records page views and interactions against a random session id. It stores no IP address, no device fingerprint and no page URL beyond the route pattern. There are no third-party analytics or advertising tags on this site.

Care, intake and orders

Clinical intake and treatment run inside a HIPAA-compliant platform operated for the independent licensed providers who treat you — they are the covered entities for your health information, and Risen Med LLC handles it on their behalf as a business associate. That information is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website policy.

Medical records and other personal health information are accessible only to the people directly involved in your care — your treating provider, a dispensing pharmacy when something is prescribed, and the support staff who need them to help you.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for 13 months. Waitlist entries are kept until the launch sequence completes, then for 12 months.
